Two people have been charged as accomplices in connection with the slaying of a Collingswood woman who was shot in a Lyft vehicle in Trenton, authorities said.

Kasey DeZolt, 32, was arrested Thursday in Morrisville, where she lives. Dominique Richter, 31, of Hamilton, N.J., was arrested in Trenton on Wednesday. Both have been charged with murder.

Richter was held Friday on $1 million bail at the Mercer County Corrections Center. DeZolt was held on the same amount in Pennsylvania.

The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office said the investigation was continuing.

On Nov. 30, an unknown gunman opened a back door of the Lyft vehicle, tried to rob the three passengers and driver, then fatally shot Amber Dudley, 27, who was one of the passengers.

The driver for the ride-sharing service tried to speed away when the gunshot went off about 7:10 p.m. near Mechanics and Trenton Avenues, the Prosecutor's Office said.

Dudley was shot in the torso and taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. No one else was injured.
