A Vineland man has been arrested for allegedly tweeting a bomb threat that shut down the Atlantic Cape Community College Friday.

A Vineland man has been arrested for allegedly tweeting a bomb threat that shut down the Atlantic Cape Community College on Friday.

Sergio Feliciano, 23, is charged with causing false public alarm and terroristic threats, Hamilton Township Police announced in a news release.

The community college, headquartered in Mays Landing, took to its website Friday afternoon to announce the evacuation of all of its campuses and cancellation of all classes and activities due to the reported threat.

It wasn't immediately clear why Feliciano allegedly made the report.

He was released on a summons pending a court hearing, police said.
