Man charged in fatal Camden shooting

Authorities say they have arrested a man in the fatal shooting of another man in Camden earlier this week.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said 25-year-old Lavonne Hinson is being charged with murder in the Monday killing of 31-year-old Christopher Rivera.

Rivera, of Pennsauken, was shot multiple times and found inside a home on the 1200 block of Thurman Street on Monday evening.

Hinson, of Camden, is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon, prosecutors said.
