Vineland mom and her 3-month-old baby reported missing

Police are searching for a 34-year-old South Jersey woman and her 3-month-old child who have been missing since Friday.

Neidy Ramirez and her daughter, Genesis Ramirez were last seen in the Vineland area, police announced Tuesday.

A friend spotted Ramirez's 2005 Chevy Trailblazer abandoned in the northbound lanes of Route 55 on Saturday morning. New Jersey State Police recovered the vehicle on Saturday afternoon.

Ramierez stands about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes, and was last seen wearing a brown sweater with brown-striped pants.

Genesis is about 2 feet tall and weighs about 15 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
