Burlco man to be tried again in 2016 fatal shooting
Anthony M. Harris, 32. of Beverly City, was indicted Tuesday in the death of Ronald Walker, 27, of Florence.
A Burlington County man has been charged again in a fatal 2016 shooting after a jury failed to reach a verdict against him in June.
Anthony M. Harris, 32, of Beverly City, was indicted Tuesday by a grand jury on a first-degree count of aggravated manslaughter and related offenses in the death of Ronald Walker, 27, of Florence.
Harris allegedly shot Walker in the chest on Sept. 21, 2016. Walker died in a hospital that night.
Harris was tried for murder but Superior Court Judge Charles A. Delehey declared a mistrial after the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict.
