MANHEIM, Pa. - Authorities released the names Wednesday of teenage twin brothers and their younger sister, who were killed in a crash in Central Pennsylvania.

The victims were identified as 16-year-old twins Kyle and Jordan Martin and 9-year-old Joelyn Martin. Police said Kyle Martin was driving, Jordan Martin was the front-seat passenger, and their sister was in the back when the accident happened shortly before 3 p.m. Tuesday on southbound Route 72 in Rapho Township.

Investigators said the driver lost control of the vehicle, which slid sideways and collided with a northbound vehicle. State police said that the young driver's inexperience and bad weather led to the crash. - AP
