Man found shot to death in Chester
A 36-year-old man was shot to death Friday afternoon in Chester, police said. Shortly before 4 p.m., officers responded to a report of a man down in the 1100 block of Upland Street and found the victim with gunshot wounds to the head and chest, police said.
