Police issue warrant in Cedarbrook slaying

Philadelphia police have issued an arrest warrant for a 21-year-old man with a history of drug arrests in the shooting death of another man in Cedarbrook. Derrick Spivey should be considered armed and dangerous, police said in issuing a wanted poster yesterday.

Spivey is sought in the Feb. 20 fatal shooting of Marvin Hutson, 21, in the 7800 block of Temple Road. Detectives said drugs appeared to be the motive. Police said Spivey is 6-foot-2, weighs about 180 pounds, and has brown eyes. He has tattoos on both arms.
