Wilmington police ID suspect in Chester man's death

WILMINGTON - Wilmington police have identified a suspect in the fatal shooting of a Chester man last week.

Police have an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Morris Hudson of Wilmington in connection with the shooting that killed Brandon White-Smith, 20, on Dec. 10. White-Smith, of the 3000 block of West 12th Street in Chester, died at the scene.

According to police, Hudson is wanted for first-degree murder and possession of a deadly weapon during a felony. Police say he's armed and dangerous and has a long criminal history, including eight felony convictions.
