Man sentenced in assault on mentally impaired woman

A Gloucester County man was sentenced yesterday to five years in prison for sexual assaulting a mentally impaired woman.

Joseph Good, 47, of Glassboro, admitted that in May 2008, he had sex with a woman at a Glassboro hotel. The woman was considered helpless due to an impairment that Good knew about or should have known about, according to the Gloucester County prosecutor. - Allison Steele
