Man, 29, shot to death on Oxford Circle street

A 29-year-old man was shot to death in the city's Oxford Circle neighborhood last night, police said.

The man, who was not identified, was shot in the head in the 1100 block of Passmore Street shortly after 10:30 p.m., police said. A medical unit pronounced him dead at the scene. No arrests were reported. - Robert Moran
