A Marine from Lancaster County has died in Iraq after a "nonhostile incident" in Anbar province that remains under investigation, the Defense Department said yesterday.
Lance Cpl. Robert D. Ulmer, 22, of Landisville, died Friday, the department said.
He was assigned to the First Battalion, Eighth Marine Regiment, II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C. - Inquirer staff
