The body of a 76-year-old Bristol Township man was found yesterday morning in Neshaminy Creek by two fishermen. Edward Godin, who had Alzheimer's disease, apparently drowned, township police said.

Godin's wife reported him missing at 12:42 a.m., police said, about three hours after he had wandered from his home on Ford Road. The woman, who had been looking for Godin, was joined in the search by police.

The fishermen discovered the body floating in the creek near Hazel Avenue about 5:30 a.m. The official cause of death will be determined after an autopsy, police said. - Larry King
