Police investigate deadly E. Oak Lane shooting

Police were investigating a shooting yesterday that claimed the life of a 19-year-old man in East Oak Lane.

The victim, identified as Zakee Abdur-Rahman, of the 1900 block of North 71st Street, was shot three times around 5:30 a.m. while on the 6300 block of North 12th Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said they had no suspects or motives. - Zoe Tillman
