Man, 18, found fatally shot in West Philadelphia

An 18-year-old man was fatally shot late Monday night in West Philadelphia, police said yesterday.

Officers responded at 11:38 p.m. to a 911 call reporting shots fired in the 5500 block of Pemberton Street and found that Hasan Raheem-Abdur, of Kingsessing, had been shot numerous times.

Raheem-Abdur was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and pronounced dead at 12:08 a.m. yesterday.
