Amber Alert issued for Delaware 5-year-old
Delaware authorities issued an Amber Alert yesterday for 5-year-old Zion Duprey, who they say was abducted by his father and believed to be heading to Philadelphia.
Delaware authorities issued an Amber Alert yesterday for 5-year-old Zion Duprey, who they say was abducted by his father and believed to be heading to Philadelphia.
Police said Angel D. Duprey, 30, of Philadelphia, abducted the boy from his grandmother's house in Lincoln, Del., in violation of a restraining order. Duprey's vehicle was found abandoned with a flat tire on U.S. Route 1 near Middletown, and the pair were believed to be hitchhiking toward Pennsylvania.
Zion Duprey was described as 2 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 25 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing knee-length blue jean shorts and a blue shirt with white designs. His father is 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown hair. He has tattoos around his neck.
