Delco athletic club official accused of embezzling

Kevin Seng, 49, of Norwood, is charged with theft and receiving stolen property. He posted $25,000 bail.
According to court documents, the loss was discovered when the director of the club noticed the small profits from the snack bar. When confronted, Seng, who was solely responsible for the concession stand, admitted taking $2,400 to pay his mortgage. An investigation found that between 2003 and 2008, more than $60,000 went missing.
The 50-year-old club runs basketball, baseball, T-ball, softball and soccer teams for area residents ages 5 to 22. - Mari A. Schaefer
