Bucks man sentenced to 42 months in tax fraud
Eugene DiNatale, 62, of Trumbauersville, was sentenced in federal court yesterday to 42 months in prison for conspiring to defraud the United States and filing false corporate income tax returns on behalf of clients, U.S. Attorney Michael L. Levy said.

DiNatale, owner and operator of DiNatale & Associates Ltd. in Rockledge, pleaded guilty April 6 to the tax fraud conspiracy and to seven counts of aiding and assisting the filing of false income tax returns. Codefendant Chakawarn Sirirathasuk, a senior accountant for the firm who provided tax preparation services, has pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing.
The schemes resulted in tax losses to the IRS of more than $4 million in unpaid employment taxes and more than $75,000 in unpaid corporate income taxes between 2001 and 2004, officials said. - Inquirer staff
