Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. today children 18 and younger can get free eye exams and, if they need them, free glasses at two locations in Philadelphia: the Wills Eye Institute at Ninth and Walnut Streets in Center City, and the Eye Institute at 12th Street and Godfrey Avenue in Fern Rock.
