A developer has been selected to begin planning a long-discussed, mixed-use development at the Paoli rail yard, a 20-acre brownfield site along Route 30, State Rep. Paul Drucker (D., Chester-Montgomery) said yesterday.

Strategic Realty Investments will team with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Amtrak, SEPTA, Tredyffrin and Willistown Townships, the Environmental Protection Agency, and others to transform the site, Drucker said. It will be home to the new Paoli Transportation Center. - Kathleen Brady Shea
