Man, 23, shot to death in Strawberry Mansion

A 23-year-old man was fatally shot in the city's Strawberry Mansion section on Thursday night, police said. He was found lying in the road in the 2600 block of Stanley Street around 9 p.m., police said. He had been shot twice in the back and once in the chest. He was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital at 9:17 p.m. Police reported no arrests. Robert Moran
