W. Phila. fourth grader reports sex assault

Philadelphia police are investigating an alleged sexual assault at Daroff School in West Philadelphia. A fourth-grade girl Tuesday reported that she was inappropriately touched by a male parent-volunteer between 2:15 and 2:30 p.m. in a stairwell at the school at 5630 Vine St. School personnel contacted police. - Kristen A.
