Boy shot, critically wounded in West Oak Lane

A 15-year-old boy was in critical condition Sunday night after he was shot in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia.

The boy, shot once in his left side about 9 p.m., was hospitalized at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Officer Jillian Russell, a police spokeswoman, said.
