Man critically wounded in E. Mount Airy shooting
A 25-year-old man was shot in the chest and critically wounded during a robbery at a gas station in the city's East Mount Airy section Tuesday night, police said.
A 25-year-old man was shot in the chest and critically wounded during a robbery at a gas station in the city’s East Mount Airy section Tuesday night, police said.
The shooting occurred about 7:40 p.m. at Stenton and Mount Airy Avenues, police said. The victim was confronted by two assailants in their 20s.
The victim was rushed by a 14th District patrol car to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition, police said. No arrests were reported.
