An 18-year-old was shot to death in North Philadelphia on Wednesday night, police said. The man was shot in the chest in the 1600 block of West York Street at 10:07 p.m., police said. He was rushed in a 22d District patrol car to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police reported no arrests.
