A North Philadelphia man was shot and killed late Saturday as he sat outside his home, police said.
A North Philadelphia man was shot and killed late Saturday as he sat outside his home, police said.
Jesus Ramos, 27, was sitting with friends in the 2300 block of Mutter Street when a man approached about 11:45 p.m. and struck up a conversation. The man then pulled out a handgun, police said, and shot Ramos in the head and chest.
Ramos was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. - David O'Reilly
