Delco chiropractor charged in insurance case
A Delaware County chiropractor has been charged with insurance fraud, theft, and related crimes, the District Attorney's Office said. Hania T. McCracken, 30, with no known address, worked under the name Hania Danko and owned Maximized Living Health in Swarthmore between June 2006 and May 2009, when she allegedly billed Independence Blue Cross of Philadelphia for more than $200,000 in services she did not perform for 47 patients, according to court documents.
