Chester teen to be charged as adult in shooting
A 15-year-old from Chester will be charged as an adult in the attempted murder of another teen this month, police said. Christopher McIntyre, who was arrested Thursday, is also charged with assault and recklessly endangering another person, according to police. He is in the Delaware County prison with bail set at $50,000. The 14-year-old victim told police that on Sept. 4, he was walking along 12th Street when he heard his name called out and was told to stop.
