Driver killed in 2-vehicle crash in East Oak Lane
A 19-year-old Glenside man was killed Saturday morning in a head-on crash with a private ambulance at 66th Avenue and Broad Street in East Oak Lane, authorities said. Police did not release the victim's name, pending notification of his family.

A 24-year-old male passenger in the burning car was injured and taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was in critical condition, police said.
The people in the ambulance - a 63-year-old male patient, a 28-year-old male medic, and the 24-year-old male driver - were reported in stable condition at Einstein.
The car was headed north on Broad when it crossed into the southbound lane at 2:42 a.m., striking the ambulance, police said. The car caught fire, trapping the men inside. The passenger was pulled out, but the driver was pronounced dead at 2:47 a.m. - Jennifer Lin
