The shooting occurred shortly after 7 in the 1700 block of Dauphin Street, said Chief Inspector Scott Small. All the victims were taken to Temple University Hospital.
A 30-year-old man was shot in the chest and was listed in critical condition, Small said. A 21-year-old man was struck in the lower right leg, a 27-year-old was hit in the right thigh, and a 22-year-old man was hit in the right buttock. Investigators were reviewing surveillance footage from a camera outside a grocery store, Small said. - Robert Moran
