A gas station owner was shot and killed early Friday in Chester City, police said.
A gas station owner was shot and killed early Friday in Chester City, police said.
Police said they found Mohammed Fareed with bullet wounds to the torso about 4 a.m. near the gas pumps at the Sunoco station and APlus store at Ninth and Kerlin Streets. Fareed gave officers a description of the gunman and the direction in which he fled, police said.
Fareed, 56, of Ivyland, Bucks County, died at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, officials said.
