Body found in burning vehicle in Chester County

State troopers were investigating the death of a person in Chester County whose body was found in a burning vehicle Wednesday, authorities said. At 5:18 p.m., East Whiteland Fire Company responded to a call at the Chester Valley Grange on Phoenixville Pike in Charlestown Township for a car fire. The cause of death was under investigation.
