Two men shot and wounded in Chester
Two men were wounded by gunfire Friday morning in Chester, city police said. Police arrived at the 1300 block of West Ninth Street at 10:40 a.m. and found an unidentified 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the foot, and a 23-year-old man with a hand wound.
