Power goes out in two city neighborhoods

Peco Energy Co. said late Sunday it was working to restore power to about 3,400 houses in Philadelphia's Callowhill and Spring Garden neighborhoods. A company official said there were smaller, scattered outages elsewhere. - Miriam Hill
