Two men impersonating police officers stole a truck from three men they handcuffed Wednesday night in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.

Shortly before 10 p.m., the impersonators, wearing jackets that read police and fake badges around their necks, pulled over a silver Chevrolet Silverado extended-cab truck and handcuffed the occupants, police said. Medics took one of the men to Aria Health-Torresdale Campus with a possible broken arm. - Robert Moran
