The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office has charged Eric Early as an adult. He is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and conspiracy, among other offenses, in last Wednesday's shooting.

Authorities say Early's brother, Matthew, opened fire on an El train after the brothers got into an argument with two Chicago Bulls fans following a Sixers loss to that team at the Wells Fargo Center. One Bulls fan was shot in the stomach; the same bullet struck one leg of the other fan.

Eric Early faces a Jan. 3 hearing. His brother is still being sought. - Staff report
