Police in Delaware County's Tinicum Township pulled a body out of the Delaware River Sunday afternoon at the foot of Taylor Avenue.
Officers went to the scene about 4 p.m. after getting a call from people who were in the Governor Prince Park and saw the body floating during a low tide, Chief Stephen Edmiston said.
A preliminary investigation by the county medical examiner's office found no sign of foul play, Edmiston said.
The body was that of a fully clothed, white male estimated to be in his 30s or 40s. Police did not have an identification as of Sunday night.
