A Hunting Park man has been arrested on charges of repeatedly exposing himself to a woman on SEPTA's Broad Street Line, and police said he was identified through an anonymous tip.

Dysan C. Baysmore, 20, of the 1200 block of West Wingohocking Street, was arrested this month, police said Thursday.

Baysmore sat next to a 20-year-old woman on a subway train traveling between the Fern Rock and Olney stations Oct. 31, police said. While sitting next to her, he allegedly exposed himself and inappropriately touched himself, police said.

Baysmore is charged with indecent exposure, stalking, and harassment in the October incident, according to court records. - Brian X. McCrone
