A 27-year-old man was found shot to death Thursday morning in West Philadelphia, police said. The man was found at 9:33 in the area of Cecil and Christian Streets, police said. He had been shot in the head. A medic unit pronounced him dead at the scene. No arrests were reported. - Robert Moran
