Cyclist killed in morning West Goshen crash

A 32-year-old bicyclist from Chester County was struck and killed early Monday in West Goshen Township.

Kirsten Higley of Exton was hit by an eastbound car on Boot Road near Mary Jane Lane at 6:44 a.m., West Goshen Police said. She died a short time later at Paoli Hospital.

The driver of the car, Susan McClain, 54, of Downingtown, was not injured and is cooperating with police, according to reports.
