A multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer shut down a portion of the westbound Pennsylvania Turnpike just before the Tuesday morning rush hour.

The accident occurred shortly before 6 a.m. near the Bensalem exit, leading to the closure of all lanes between the Bensalem and Willow Grove exits, turnpike officials said.
