Police recover body from Delaware River near Bridesburg

Philadelphia police recovered the body Saturday of a man found floating in the Delaware River near the Bridesburg section of the city.

Emergency responders arrived about 3 p.m. at the scene behind the Bridesburg Recreation Center near the 3100 block of Buckius Street.

Investigators had not released the man's identity or cause of death. - Jeremy Roebuck
