Update on Kraft Plant shooting

Yvonne Hiller, the Kraft Foods employee who fatally shot two co-workers and seriously injured a third during a September workplace rampage, was formally arraigned Tuesday.

During a brief hearing in Common Pleas Court that Hiller did not attend, Trial Commissioner Linda Mariani ordered that Hiller would have a pre-trial conference on Jan. 19. Hiller, 43, fatally shot LaTonya Brown, 36, Tanya Wilson, 47, and critically wounded Bryant Dalton, 39, in a break room at the Kraft plant on Roosevelt Boulevard near Byberry Road in the Northeast.

Hiller is being held without bail at the Riverside Correctional Facility on State Road in the Northeast.
