Services for victims announced

Funerals are planned for three men who died of multiple gunshot wounds Monday at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. Friends may visit brothers Robert E. Norris, 41, of Newark, Del., and Mark David Norris, 46, of Pilesgrove, N.J., at 11 a.m. tomorrow at Cornerstone United Methodist Church, 3135 Summit Bridge Rd. (Route 896), Bear, Del. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial is private.

Mark Norris is survived by parents Carl and Eleanor Norris; two brothers; and his companion, Douglas J. Park.

Donations for Mark Norris may be sent to Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia, 100 W. Coulter St., Philadelphia 19144.

In addition to his parents and two brothers, Robert Norris is survived by his wife of 16 years, Patricia Lee Norris; daughters Casey, 15, and Brie, 8; and a son, Tyler, 13.

Donations to help fund the education of Robert Norris' children may be sent to Robert E. Norris Beneficiary Memorial Fund, in care of Patricia Norris, 14 Dublin Dr., Newark, Del. 19702.

Friends of James M. Reif Jr., 42, of Endicott, N.Y., may visit at 2 p.m. Sunday at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 701 W. Main St., Endicott, where a Funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial will follow in Riverhurst Cemetery, 2500 E. Main St., Endwell, N.Y.

Mr. Reif is survived by his wife of 20 years, Susan Arnold Reif; daughters Lauren, Sara and Christine; a son, Justin; mother, Shirley Dragos; father, James; grandmother Dorothy Cerroni; a brother; and a sister. A son, Nicholas, predeceased him.
