Dr. Robert A. Waite, West Philly dentist for 43 years

Some of Dr. Robert A. Waite's patients in West Philadelphia just didn't have the money for expensive dental work. "If a patient had a bill for $60 and only had $5, that was what he paid," said his daughter, Roberta Lites.
