Tiera L. Williams, a former cashier at the Target store in South Philadelphia, died last Monday of lupus. She was 21 and was living in Harrisburg, but had formerly lived in Philadelphia.
Tiera L. Williams, a former cashier at the Target store in South Philadelphia, died last Monday of lupus. She was 21 and was living in Harrisburg, but had formerly lived in Philadelphia.
"She was an outgoing person," said her mother, Monica Williams. "Very cheery and caring."
Tiera was born in Philadelphia to Monica and Kyle Williams. She graduated from Bok Technical High School. She had been at Target for about a year before she became ill.
Besides her parents, she is survived by a son, Ty-Mir Wilkerson; her fiance, Thomas Wilkerson; a brother, Kyle Williams Jr.; a sister, Malika Bonner; and her godmother, Tammy Zimmerman.
Services: 10 a.m. Thursday at the Baker Funeral Home, Broad and Norris streets. Friends may call at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Chelten Hills Cemetery, Washington Lane and Woolston Avenue. *
