WHO STANDS TO LOSE the most financially from Philadelphia casinos?

No, not Philly homeowners - but Atlantic City gaming interests.

Is it possible that the anti-casino people are being egged on by A.C.?

Could it be that local politicians trying to kill the SugarHouse and Foxwood projects are being rewarded for their efforts by a consortium of Atlantic City casinos?

Just a thought.
