Letters: The state lottery: Just askin'

Gov. Rendell, a few questions about the Pennsylvania lottery: 1. How come people at home or who have the day off can't "witness" the daytime daily numbers? (They just flash the winning numbers, not the drawing.)

Gov. Rendell, a few questions about the Pennsylvania lottery:

1. How come people at home or who have the day off can't "witness" the daytime daily numbers? (They just flash the winning numbers, not the drawing.)

2. How come the Daily News and other major newspapers in Pennsylvania don't have predictions for the Big Four?

3. How come a lot of stores that advertise the lottery close before the evening drawings?

4. Where does all this revenue from the lottery actually go? Is it senior citizens' health care, education, gun control and violence in the state's large cities, fixing up rundown neighborhoods or the homeless?
