Letters: More Olney station vandalism

AFEW YEARS ago, we'd get off of the R8 train at Olney to find that our car windows were busted. We were told by a business across the street that schoolkids vandalized the cars.

Now it's the station being vandalized, glass-block windows were broken, along with the frames. Someone had to be there for quite a while to break that glass. Every morning, there is more damage, even graffiti on the trash can.

I don't understand what goes through a person's mind to do something like this. Even as children or young adults, we should take pride in where we live.

I hope SEPTA catches those who are vandalizing this station and prosecutes them to the full extent of the law. If they are minors, let's go after the parents and make them pay for all this damage!
