Letters: Where's Christie?
HOW CAN Gov. Christie run New Jersey when he's off stumping across the country for the GOP? I think we now have the male equivalent to Sarah Palin. Bullying, playing games, making people guess is he or isn't he running for president. Toying with everyone, making jokes about it to his audiences! His followers begging and whining, "Please, please, run for president. We need you, Gov. Christie."

I think we now have the male equivalent to Sarah Palin. Bullying, playing games, making people guess is he or isn't he running for president. Toying with everyone, making jokes about it to his audiences! His followers begging and whining, "Please, please, run for president. We need you, Gov. Christie."
They need to get a grip. If he's playing games now, what would he do as president? Same old GOP baloney, can't give a straight answer.
And why would you want a man for president who can't even walk 25 feet from his car to his son's ballgame without breaking a sweat? Christie has definite health problems, and I don't care if they said he was healthy when they elected him. Look at the man's weight - he's a heart attack waiting to happen.
Granted, Christie may have helped New Jersey and he surely has the gift of gab, but that doesn't mean he'd be able to run this country. Bullying only goes so far.
Wake up, people! You voted in a bunch of anal Republicans to Congress and look what's happened! They've all but destroyed our country, starting with Bush. The sad thing is it happened because a black man was elected president. The presidency was always a "white man's job," and this country has always belonged to the white man. Well, it's a new world now, so be honest for once and admit it. Face it, people, and own up to it. Race doesn't make a person good or bad; greed and power do.

Chris Christie had been acting presidential since he became governor - just look at all those State of the "Union" speeches he's given to teachers and state workers.
